SHIPPING POLICY

Online orders are shipped from Monday to Friday. Orders received before 11:30am UK time will be dispatched the same working day. Please note weekends and Bank Holidays are not working days.

Orders received after 11:30am UK time will be dispatched the next working day.  

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be emailed to you. All orders will be trackable online.

The shipping address cannot be changed once we have received your order. You will need to make a new order with the correct shipping address. Orders with the incorrect shipping address can be cancelled instantly, please email info@gotitkicks.co.uk quoting your order number as well as the new order placed to cancel. Cancelled orders without placing a new order are subject to a 10% admin fee. 

UK Orders 

All UK orders are shipped with DPD using a next day delivery service. On occasions, orders may be shipped with UPS or Royal Mail. A signature will be required on delivery. Orders will be delivered on weekdays Monday to Friday.

We have the option of delivering to a neighbour or  alternative address turned off. If this is requested by the customer we are not responsible for any items that are mis delivered.
